Terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Norakon, a sole proprietorship registered in Greece ("LoadEarn", "we"). They cover the website loadearn.com, the LoadEarn browser extension, the dashboard and advertising. By signing in, installing the extension or buying a campaign you accept them, together with our Privacy policy.

If you use LoadEarn for a company, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• One account per person. You may connect up to 5 browsers you personally use.
• You must be allowed to receive payments where you live, and you must not be subject to sanctions that stop us from paying you.
• The information you give us, including your country and PayPal email, must be true and yours.

While a supported AI chat writes a reply, the extension may show one line marked "Sponsored". A view counts only when the line stayed on screen for the required time (currently 10 seconds) and passed our checks. Each counted view of a line from a paying advertiser adds 60% of what we're paid for that view to your balance. LoadEarn's own messages, such as invite reminders, don't earn.

Earnings are not guaranteed. Whether an ad is available, and how much a view is worth, depends on advertiser demand, your country, the AI site, daily limits and other factors. The amounts in the extension and dashboard are estimates until they become available.

New earnings are pending first. Earnings from one calendar month become available on the 1st of the following month, after we've checked them for fraud. We may change how much a view earns, daily limits or bonuses going forward; changes never reduce earnings you already have, except as described in section 6.

Referral bonuses are paid as described in your dashboard. Referring yourself, or accounts you control, doesn't count.

Paid surveys are provided by CPX Research. A survey earns what the surveys page shows once CPX Research confirms it to us, and becomes available like other earnings. If CPX Research later reverses a survey, for example because it found the answers invalid, we remove that amount from your balance. Answering at random, using several accounts or using automation to take surveys breaks these terms. Which surveys you're offered, and whether you qualify for one, is decided by CPX Research, and its own terms and privacy policy apply to the surveys.

• You can cash out your available balance once it reaches the minimum shown in your dashboard (currently $5). A cash out takes your whole available balance, rounded down to the cent.
• We currently pay through PayPal, usually within a few business days after review. Payouts sent to the PayPal email you entered are final, so check it carefully.
• We review every cash out. If we can't complete one, for example because PayPal rejects it, the amount goes back to your balance.
• Your balance is a record of what we owe you under these terms. It isn't a bank deposit, doesn't earn interest, and can't be transferred to another person.
• You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.

LoadEarn only works if advertisers get real attention from real people. You must not:

• use bots, scripts, automated prompts, emulators or anything else that creates views without a real person;
• send prompts just to make ads appear, or keep tabs generating to farm views;
• hide, cover, alter or fake the sponsored line, or tamper with the extension or our API;
• run multiple accounts, share accounts, or connect devices you don't personally use;
• use VPNs, proxies or other means to misstate your country;
• click ads you're not interested in, or ask others to;
• break the rules of the AI sites you use, or any law.

We use automated signals and human review to protect advertisers and honest users. If we reasonably believe you broke section 5, we may reject views, void pending earnings, hold or refuse a cash out, disconnect your devices, and suspend or close your account. Earnings made by breaking these rules are not owed to you.

If you think we got it wrong, write to hello@loadearn.com. A person will look at it and explain the decision.

• Buying. Campaigns are bought in blocks of 1,000 views at the bid you choose, plus any targeting surcharge, and paid up front. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes, which are added at checkout where required.
• Views. A view counts under the same rule as for users: the line stayed on screen for the required time and passed our checks. Invalid or fraudulent views are not counted toward your campaign.
• Delivery. All active campaigns share the available views in proportion to their bids, so higher bids deliver faster. We don't guarantee a delivery date. Extra views beyond what you bought are free.
• Review. We review each campaign, usually within 24 hours. If we don't approve it, we refund the full amount to your payment method. Once approved, the ad can't be edited.
• Refunds. Delivered views are not refundable. If we stop a running campaign because it breaks these terms, we may keep payment for views already delivered and refund the rest at our discretion. For any other refund request, write to hello@loadearn.com.
• Consumers. If you buy a campaign as a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw within 14 days of payment by writing to hello@loadearn.com. Because you ask us to start delivery as soon as the ad is approved, we refund the amount for views not yet delivered, and your right to withdraw ends once the campaign is fully delivered.
• Your content. You are responsible for your ad and the page it links to, and you confirm you have the rights to everything in it. You let us show, resize and display your ad as needed to run the campaign.

Ads must not promote or contain:

• anything illegal, or illegal where it's shown;
• adult content, weapons, drugs, tobacco or vaping products;
• gambling, crypto token sales, "get rich" schemes or unlicensed financial services;
• malware, phishing, deceptive downloads, or pages that impersonate someone else;
• misleading claims, hate, harassment, or content that exploits sensitive topics;
• other paid-to-view or reward schemes that compete with LoadEarn for the same placement.

We may reject or stop any ad that we think harms our users or the service, even if it isn't listed above.

Anyone can report an ad they believe is illegal, misleading or breaks these terms by writing to hello@loadearn.com with the ad's text, the AI site and when it appeared. Please explain why, and include your name and email unless the report concerns child sexual abuse material. We review every report, act on it without undue delay and tell you what we decided.

When we reject or stop an ad, or restrict an account, we tell the person affected why and how to ask for a second look. The same address is our point of contact for users and for authorities under the EU Digital Services Act. We answer in English or Greek.

We grant you a personal, revocable licence to use the LoadEarn extension while you follow these terms. You can pause it or remove it at any time. The LoadEarn name, logo, website and software belong to us. The extension's source code is published for transparency under its own licence, which doesn't allow copying it into other products. LoadEarn is not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or DeepSeek; ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and DeepSeek are trademarks of their owners. Those sites may change in ways that stop the extension from working for a while.

LoadEarn is provided "as is". We work to keep it running, but we don't promise it will always be available, error free, or that a certain number of ads or earnings will be available to you.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what we owe you in available balance or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

You can stop using LoadEarn and ask us to delete your account at any time. If you leave in good standing, we'll pay out an available balance above the minimum on request. We may close accounts or stop the service with reasonable notice; if we close your account without a breach on your part, we'll pay out your available balance even if it's below the minimum.

We may update these terms as LoadEarn grows. For changes that matter, we'll tell you by email or in your dashboard at least 14 days before they apply. If you don't agree, you can stop using LoadEarn and cash out as described above.

These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Greece have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can bring claims there.

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up. You can't transfer your account or these terms to someone else; we may transfer them to a business that takes over LoadEarn, and we'll tell you if that happens.
