Add the extension, click "Turn on LoadEarn" on the welcome page and sign in with Google to link the browser to your account. Then use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or DeepSeek as usual.

Check these first:

• LoadEarn is switched on and not paused (click the toolbar icon).
• The browser is connected to your account. The popup tells you if it isn't.
• Reload AI chat tabs that were already open when you installed the extension.
• The line shows only while a reply is loading, at most once every 10 seconds, and never in private windows.
• There's a daily limit per browser, and sometimes no ad is available for your country or the AI site.

Yes, on up to 5 browsers you personally use, all linked to one account. Connecting the same browser again replaces its old connection. You can see and remove connected browsers in your dashboard.

When a line from an advertiser stays on screen for 10 seconds while you're using the tab, you earn 60% of what the advertiser paid for that view. LoadEarn's own messages, like invite reminders, don't earn. You can also earn from short paid surveys and from inviting friends.

New earnings start as pending while we check them for fraud. Everything you earn in a calendar month becomes available on the 1st of the following month.

Once your available balance reaches $5, request a cash out from your dashboard and enter your PayPal email. We review every cash out and usually send it within a few business days. Double-check the email, because payments sent to it are final.

Surveys are run by CPX Research and are credited when they confirm a completion to us, which can take a few minutes. If CPX Research later finds a survey invalid, it reverses it and we remove that amount. For problems inside a survey, use the help link on the surveys page. For anything about your LoadEarn balance, email us with the date and amount.

We block accounts and refuse cash outs when we see automated or fake views, multiple accounts or other breaks of our Terms. If you think we got it wrong, email us from your account's address. A person will review it and explain the decision.

No. The extension only detects that a reply is loading and where to place the line. It never reads, stores or sends your prompts, the answers or your chat history. Details are in our Privacy policy, and the extension's source code is public.

Click the toolbar icon to switch it off or pause it for an hour or until tomorrow. To remove it, right-click the icon and choose "Remove from Chrome" (or your browser's equivalent). Your earnings stay in your account.

Use "Delete account" at the bottom of your dashboard. If you have an available balance above the minimum, cash it out first. Some payment records must be kept by law, detached from your email.

If an ad looks illegal, misleading or harmful, email hello@loadearn.com with the ad's text, the AI site and when you saw it. We review every report and remove ads that break our rules.
