Privacy

LoadEarn is run by Norakon, a sole proprietorship registered in Greece ("we", "us"). We decide how your data is used, which makes us the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

For anything about your data, write to hello@loadearn.com. A person reads every message.

The extension works only on supported AI chat sites (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and DeepSeek). It looks at the page only to tell whether a reply is loading and where to place the sponsored line.

We never read, store or send your prompts, the AI's answers, your chat history, your files or anything else you type. None of it leaves your browser through LoadEarn.

What the extension collects is used only to show sponsored lines, count them and pay you. It is never sold, never used for credit or lending decisions, and never shared except as described below. Our use follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Account. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address and a Google account identifier. We don't use your name, photo or anything else from your Google account.

Extension and ad activity. For each connected browser: a random device token, which browser it is (like Chrome or Firefox), that browser's random key, when it was connected and last used, and for each ad: which AI site it appeared on, which ad it was, when it was shown, whether it stayed on screen long enough to count, and whether you clicked it. The extension also keeps a random install ID and your settings (like pause) in your browser.

Network data. Your IP address is used to estimate your country, because ad prices differ by country, and to detect fraud. We store only a salted hash of it, never the address itself.

Optional ad profile. If you choose to fill it in: country, age range, gender and interests. Every field can be skipped, edited or cleared at any time in your dashboard.

Earnings and payouts. Your balance, the history of what you earned, referral bonuses, and for each cash out the PayPal email you entered and its status.

Advertisers. Your email, the campaigns you create (brand, ad line, link, targeting, bid) and their results. Payments are handled by Stripe: we never see your full card number. Stripe may collect billing details and a tax ID for your invoice.

Paid surveys. If you open the surveys page, we keep a random survey ID for you and, for each survey you complete, its transaction ID, type, amount and whether the survey company later reversed it. The surveys themselves, including your answers and any details the survey company asks you for, are run by CPX Research.

Messages you send us. Emails, and the optional survey shown when you uninstall the extension (your answer, the extension version and the install ID).

• To run LoadEarn for you: show ads, count views, credit and pay your earnings, run campaigns for advertisers. Legal basis: our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To prevent fraud and abuse: spot fake views, bots, shared or farmed accounts, and protect advertisers and honest users. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To choose better-paying ads from your optional profile, only while you have personalized ads turned on. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw in your dashboard at any time.
• To keep records the law requires, such as payments, payouts and invoices. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• To answer you and to send service emails, like "your payout was sent" or "your campaign is live". We don't send marketing emails without asking first.

We don't sell your data, and we don't make decisions about you that have legal effects by automated means alone. A person reviews every block and every payout.

Only with the services that help us run LoadEarn, and only what each one needs:

• Supabase (database and sign-in, hosted in the EU).
• Vercel (hosting of the website and API).
• Google (sign-in).
• Stripe (advertiser payments, invoices and tax).
• PayPal (sending your payouts; they receive your PayPal email and the amount).
• Resend (sending service emails).
• Web3Forms (delivering survey answers and form messages to our inbox).
• Advertising partners, when we use them to supply some of the ads. They receive the AI site the ad is for, broad topics, and a pseudonymous ID that can't be traced back to your account by them. They never receive your email, your chats or your IP address from us.
• CPX Research (Make Opinion GmbH, Berlin), which runs the paid surveys page. It receives only your random survey ID from us, never your email or name. When you take surveys, CPX Research collects what it asks you for under its own privacy policy, and you can ask it directly to delete that data.

Some of these companies are based in the United States. Transfers outside the EU are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect our users and service from fraud.

• Account and profile: while your account exists.
• Ad activity and fraud signals: up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized.
• Earnings, payouts, advertiser payments and invoices: as long as Greek tax and accounting law requires, usually 5 to 10 years. When you delete your account these records are kept, but detached from your email and profile.
• Emails and survey answers: up to 24 months.

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent. Email hello@loadearn.com from the address on your account and we'll answer within 30 days.

You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr) or the authority where you live.

Deleting your account removes your profile and connected devices. Any available balance above the payout minimum can be paid out first if you ask.

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't track you across other websites. The website stores your sign-in session in your browser's local storage, a referral code if you arrived through an invite, and a random browser key so that reconnecting the same browser replaces its old connection. It may also keep an unsent ad draft for the current tab. The extension stores its device token, install ID, settings and unsent ad events in extension storage. Signing out or removing the extension clears them.

Data is encrypted in transit, device tokens and IP addresses are stored only as hashes, and database access is limited to our server. No system is perfect, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we'll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

LoadEarn is for people 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
